Sprinklr Puts Eight Voice-of-Customer Agents Inside Gemini Enterprise Marketplace
The Development
Sprinklr announced the Sprinklr Voice of the Customer (VOC) Agent Suite is now available in the Gemini Enterprise Agent Marketplace. Gemini Enterprise users can discover and call Sprinklr's agents through Agent-to-Agent (A2A) connectivity, without leaving their existing Gemini workflows. The suite comprises eight purpose-built agents: Brand Health Monitoring, Crisis Monitoring, Competitive Benchmarking, Trend Forecasting, Influencer & Content Strategy, Campaign Performance, Customer Experience Analysis and General Listening. Each draws on customer signals from surveys, reviews, social media, support cases and news coverage, and returns conclusions with supporting evidence and context. Sprinklr positions the agents as analyst-style reasoning rather than general-purpose assistance. Sprinklr Vice President of Product Management Anish Singhal framed the launch as making trusted customer insight easier to access and act on.
Our Take
The product is less interesting than the distribution move. Listening vendors have competed on dashboards for a decade; Sprinklr is conceding the interface to the horizontal AI layer and competing on being the specialist the orchestrator trusts. That is the correct bet. Seats in a standalone tool shrink as questions get asked in Gemini, and domain-specific agents with proprietary data are the only defensible position against general assistants. Crisis Monitoring and Competitive Benchmarking are the tells: those are time-critical, high-stakes queries where being the default agent matters. Expect every martech vendor with a proprietary data moat to list on an agent marketplace within two quarters.
What Changed
Enterprise listening data can now be queried by other agents. Through A2A connectivity, a Gemini Enterprise user or orchestrating agent can invoke eight specialised Sprinklr analysts on demand, with sourced answers, instead of a human logging into a separate listening platform and building the report manually.
Marketing Impact
Brand, communications and insights teams get listening answers inside the tools executives already use, cutting the analyst-in-the-middle step on crisis triage, competitive share-of-voice and campaign readouts. Insights teams shift from report production to validating agent output, while reporting cycles compress from days to minutes.
Competitive Implication
Sprinklr gains early placement and a distribution channel through Google's enterprise footprint. Standalone listening vendors without an agent-ready architecture, and agencies selling manual social-insight reports, are most exposed: their output becomes a query a competitor's agent answers instantly, at marginal cost.
Strategic Outlook
Through 2027, agent marketplaces become the primary procurement surface for martech, and vendors compete on agent quality, data exclusivity and A2A interoperability rather than UI. Expect Brandwatch, Meltwater and Talkwalker equivalents to follow, and expect buyers to demand evidence trails and accuracy benchmarks before delegating decisions.
The Exploit
Action Item
Heads of insights running Gemini Enterprise should pilot the Sprinklr Crisis Monitoring and Competitive Benchmarking agents in Q4 2026 against last quarter's known incidents, scoring detection speed and accuracy versus the current manual process before setting 2027 tooling budgets.
