Parloa's agent platform goes on SAP's marketplace — agentic CX reaches SAP shops

Context

Parloa has made its Agent Management Platform available as an SAP Solution Extension, branded "SAP Conversational Agent Management by Parloa." The product lets customers build, deploy and manage AI agents across the customer lifecycle and all channels, with built-in controls. It matters most for enterprises already running SAP who want conversational AI for service and customer experience without adding a separate vendor relationship.
